3, 5, 8 or 10K: a guide to the Run Club routes
Every Coco’s Run Club loop starts and finishes at our front door. Here’s which one to pick.

Every Saturday at 7am, Coco’s Run Club heads out from the café on one of four loops. They all start and finish at Coco’s, so wherever you end up, coffee is waiting.
3K · Lake Shorty
The friendliest option. Up to the north tip of Nai Harn Lake, then cut east back to Coco’s. Great for first-timers, walk-joggers and anyone easing back in.
5K · Nai Harn Lake Loop
The classic. One full lap of the lake, flat and mostly shaded. If you’re not sure which to pick, pick this one.
8K · Windmill Flexing
The lake loop plus an out-and-back south off the east shore. A nice step up once the 5K starts feeling easy.
10K · Tour De Coco
The big one: hills, the Rawai coast road and back. You will have earned the Big Breakfast.
Which pace?
All of them. Every route has runners of every speed, and the group regroups back at the café. See the interactive map on the Run Club page, and remember: 20% off food for all runners.
